Employer Services…
Employers’ needs are our concern. Here is how the PIC works for you and your business:
Selective recruitment and candidate referral. At PIC, we take pride in matching employers with profitable employees who are well suited to your business needs and environment. Our assessment process assists us in making the right match between employers and our participants.
Training Programs. If you are an employer who can provide training for a career-oriented position with your organization, we have a money-saving answer for you! On-the-Job Training (OJT) can save you up to 50% on wages paid to new employees during the training period. This allows you to use you own customized training to meet the unique needs of you business and reduce your employee recruitment costs.
Employee Retention. Our goal at PIC is to help you maintain productive employees. Our staff is here to help our participants as they transition into a new job, assisting them in learning new tasks and adjusting to new situations—taking the burden off you and your management staff.
Wage and Labor Market Information. Our annually published Occupational Outlook Report can assist employers in developing or refining qualifications requirements and compensation packages. Click here for details on the Labor Market Information division of the Private Industry Council .
Business Closure and Downsizing Assistance. PIC offers assistance to businesses that are downsizing or closing but would like to help laid-off employees in finding new jobs. For more information on our Rapid Response program, e-mail our Program Manager .
All of this at no fee to you!
